Flat Rate Billing Begins July 1, 2026
Replacing the meter-based billing using water reads, our new flat rate billing will be starting July 1, 2026. All residences will pay the same flat rate, regardless of usage. Seniors aged 65 years and older who use 2,000 gallons and under will be eligible for a reduced rate after submitting an application. The rate tiers are listed below. The senior application, along with the other listed tier applications, are available in our office and on the website.
